Espresso Martini

Made with our African Espresso.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlua)
  • 1 oz freshly brewed African Espresso, cooled
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice
  • 3 coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of African Espresso, let cool slightly
  2. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice
  3. Shake hard for 15-20 seconds
  4. Double strain into a chilled martini glass
  5. Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top
